The purpose of the Women's ministry is to
unify, connect, and serve the women of forward
fellowship and our community. We seek to Unify women
to build a caring community where all discover and
develop their God-given gifts; Connect women by
offering meaningful relationships, accountability
and acceptance; And serve one another showing the
love of Christ. We encourage women to grow in their
faith in Christ, to develop and strengthen intimate
friendships with other women, and to provide
opportunities to serve and reach our community for
Christ. The goal of our dynamic activities is
equipping women to trust in God and His word. We are
here to help women respond to the gospel of Jesus
Christ with repentance and faith. We also seek to
facilitate sanctification in followers of Jesus by
teaching them God’s design for women, instructing
them in principles that are specific to their unique
roles, and encouraging them to put into practice
what they have learned in the Scripture. We desire
to share one another’s burdens, provide ministry
opportunities to serve the Lord, and train women to
communicate the gospel while intelligently defending
the faith.
